The firm’s leadership and operational teams bring experience from regulated financial institutions, public markets infrastructure, and large-scale technology organizations. Governance is structured to ensure separation of duties between issuance, asset custody, and portfolio management, with an emphasis on transparency, auditability, and long-term operational stability rather than product promotion or discretionary control.
